FUNletter: 9 Fun Things
Funletter? Yes, because I'm packing it with things I find fun. As an autistic artist and therapist, what I find fun is drastically different.
1. I published a new essay about autism and bullying: What if my bullying was only because I, an autistic, saw it that way?
2. I picked up a new book on creativity.
I’m only ten pages in to Honest Creativity, but I’m excited to have inspiration to turn to in the future.
3. I wrote about how I find inspiration and create art therapy activities for my clients
4. As always … I doodled in my art journal
5. I wrote a series of letters to encourage artists:
6. I toured homes … and found a new place to live!
I’m so excited to be moving into a light-filled space. Just look at those skylights and beams!! I cannot wait to paint and decorate.
7. I continued sharing my book For the Autistic Soul Going Through Tough Times
This book was my first experiment with selling directly from my website. My other books are available on Amazon, but I have ethical concerns with them, so I thought I’d try some other ways of doing things
8. I wrote an essay about why I’m moving from self-publishing to traditional publishing
9. My art was part of a local fundraiser for West Windsor artist residencies!
You can see the other art and support the fundraiser here. You can even buy my art!
